Participants will learn to use the basics of data collection and analysis to explore real world agriculture, food and nutrition problems. Participants will integrate the use of carbon dioxide, oxygen, pH, pressure and temperature sensors to study photosynthesis and respiration and to see the actual graphical representations develop before their eyes.
